River Island Ranch POA
The River Island Ranch Property Owners Association (POA) is located in South Fork, Colorado, nestled in the scenic San Juan Mountains. This community offers large-acreage lots with breathtaking views and private access to the Rio Grande River and the Rio Grande National Forest.

APRIL BOARD MEETING:
The next meeting of the RIRPOA Board of Directors is scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, from 5PM-7PM. Everyone is welcome to attend, but pre-registration is required if you want to bring a topic before the board.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING:
The 2025 Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Saturday, August 16, from 10AM-12PM in the Clubhouse. The meeting will be followed by a BBQ social from 12PM – 5PM.
ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS:
The annual assessments were both mailed and emailed out to all members the first week of January. Note that payment was due by the first week of February. If you have not already submitted payment, please do so before the first week in March in order to avoid a late fee. Thank you!
The assessment amount is still $525. Please remit payment by check made payable to RIRPOA, and mail to RIRPOA, PO Box 880, South Fork, CO 81154.
Note that you may also submit payment by an online ACH transaction for an additional $25 processing fee using the link to QuickBooks provided in the email.
Contact Bob Frank if you did not receive the annual assessment by either USPS mail or email so that we can update your addresses.

We are actively working on creating a RIR directory that many members have requested. If you haven’t already done so, please be sure to submit the authorization form that was included in the assessment mailing if you’d like to be included in the RIR directory.
