The River Island Ranch Property Owners Association (POA) is located in South Fork, Colorado, nestled in the scenic San Juan Mountains. This community offers large-acreage lots with breathtaking views and private access to the Rio Grande River and the Rio Grande National Forest.

NEXT BOARD MEETING
The next meeting of the RIRPOA Board of Directors is scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, from 5PM-7PM. Everyone is welcome to attend, but pre-registration is required if you want to bring a topic before the board.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING:
The 2025 Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Saturday, August 16, from 10AM-12PM in the Clubhouse. The meeting will be followed by a BBQ social from 12PM – 5PM.
Note that we will be electing two new Directors to the Board at this annual meeting. Please submit your interest to become a candidate to anyone on the Board by July 1. Reach out to any of us if you have any questions or want to discuss what this role entails. We encourage all our members to participate, volunteer, and get involved!
